In addition to the recorded presentations, there will be Q&A sessions, the main stalls and the poster presentations running in real time on SpatialChat.
You’ll need a laptop or a desktop running Chrome and a set of earphones for best SpatialChat functionality
If you are not able to meet these requirements - don't worry! The actual presentations can be viewed from tablets or mobile phones, and there will also be stalls and other people to meet in our Facebook group.
To be most comfortable in this virtual environment we would encourage you to become familiar in advance. We are holding some informal taster sessions to show you round and help you feel at home.
The taster sessions are taking place on:
- Tuesday 24th May at 7-8.30pm
- Wednesday 25th May at 1-2.30pm
- Saturday 28th May 10-11.30am
