LCGB Conference Poster Abstract Submission Form
All abstracts must acknowledge that breastfeeding is natural for the mother-baby dyad and must abide by the World Health Organisation (WHO) Code, Global Strategy and World Health Authority (WHA) resolutions.
Complete the form below to submit. All fields must be filled in. The deadline for submissions is 5pm on 24th March 2023 Submissions will only be accepted via this form.

• Abstract title
• An abstract text of no more than 200 words (not including contact details, title)
• Abstract deadline: 5pm on 24th March 2023
• Submit your abstract via this form.
Additional information
Submitting authors will be sent an acknowledgement via email within three working days of submission to confirm that their abstract has been received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please follow up to ensure that your submission has been received.
• Abstracts will be reviewed by a panel and successful abstracts will be confirmed by email by 7th April 2023 at the latest. We will hold the early bird rate for all applicants until 8th April.
• All presenters will be required to register for the in-person conference at High Leigh Conference Centre, Lord Street, Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, EN11 8SG and pay the associated fee. (Contact events@lcgb.org if funding is an impediment.) Places can be booked online via www.lcgb.org/events
•Posters should be provided in both digital and physical format
Digital version
- High Resolution, JPEG/ PNG format. Please be aware that large posters may be difficult to view in digital form, we suggest a max size of A2.
Physical version
- Posters should be size A1 / A0
- Delegates must produce, bring and mount their own posters on arrival at the venue as directed by LCGB Events Team
Submissions can be made jointly; however, we require one email address for the point of contact and communication of information.
Successful abstracts will be published virtually on the LCGB-OWL website for delegates during and after the Conference.
