LCGB Conference Digital Poster Abstract Submission Form - 5th November 2026
All abstracts must acknowledge that breastfeeding is natural for the mother-baby dyad and must abide by the World Health Organisation (WHO) Code, Global Strategy and World Health Authority (WHA) resolutions. Additionally, when providing a brief overview of your poster content and purpose, focus on conveying key messages that align with the theme of the conference, ‘Practice. People. Partnership’.
Complete the form below to submit. All fields must be filled in. The deadline for submissions is 28th August 2026.

 Submission requirements
- Your name, organisation (if applicable)
- Contact details. Submissions can be made jointly; however, we require one email address for the point of contact and communication of information
- Abstract title
- An abstract text of no more than 200 words (not including contact details, title)
- Abstract deadline: 28th August 2026
- Submit your abstract via this form.
Additional information
- Submitting authors will be sent an automatic acknowledgement via email of submission to confirm that their abstract has been received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please follow up to ensure that your submission has been received.
- Abstracts will be reviewed by a panel and all applicants will be informed by email of the decision by 18thSeptember 2026
- The early bird rate will be held for all applicants until 22nd September
Accepted posters
- All presenters will be required to register for the conference and pay the associated fee. Places can be booked online via https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/lcgb-conference-2026-tickets-1988381988052

- Digital format posters must be submitted by 16th October 2026. Preferable format - a portrait 16:9 PowerPoint slide
- Posters will be published on the LCGB-OWL website for delegates during and after the Conference, and highlighted at times during the conference
- This year we would also like to include a two-minute audio poster presentation, recorded via Zoom or Teams.Audio posters should be submitted as an MP4 file by 16 October. Details & support will be provided, if required. Â Audio posters are encouraged but not obligatory.
- Photo and biography of poster presenter to be submitted by 16th
- We encourage poster presenters to join our social media Facebook group to engage with delegates and answer any questions
